Tibbits
At the time, Paredes told reporters he did not want to be part of a war he views as illegal and immoral. He said his military training has taught him to avoid what he views as a war crime.
There was nothing funny about this actual story. It was a horrific, brutal crime. I did, however, find humor in this particular paragraph. I mean, thank goodness no one was hurt:
Just last month, he was released from a Texas prison after serving time for an assault in 2001. He had argued with Laura's mother, Sheila Hollabaugh, then grabbed a chain saw and chased neighbors until someone hit him in the back with a shovel, according to prosecutor Rick Mahler in Texas. No one was injured.
Terrel Owens is not sure he can get by on $46 million, somewhere in the neighborhood of $6.6 million per year. That neighborhood is on the whole other side of town from me. Here's what Donovan McNabb says, and I whole heartedly agree:
``When you sign your name on the dotted line, that's your deal, and that's a decision you have to make.''
Sorry, I try not to be one of those guys who regurgitates the news already available to you.
