Try this on for size

I had a phrase just pop into my head on Sunday, and now the more I repeat it, the more I like it. I'd like to copywrite it before others, ESPECIALLY that rascal David Letterman, get ahold of it and force it into common usage.

The phrase:
"He took to ________ like a monkey playing baseball."

I mean, is that too cool, or what? And then you got people nodding like they couldn't agree more, but thinking to themselves, "Well what the heck does THAT mean?" It is so utterly and pleasingly vague that you can use it anytime. For almost any occasion.

Whoa, I just thought of something else. Complete Monkey sentences. Try this on for size:
"When we had him changing oil it was worser than a monkey humping a football, although he took to cleaning windshields like a monkey playing baseball". Goodness, I might just change the language forever.

Primarily primate, out

So, if you filmed a guy washing his truck, and played it back at 4x normal speed, it would look like a monkey making a triple play?

Hey, AI. It may be heavy. But you're not. You're my brother. And that's better than being a long tall woman in a black dress.

Hey, Pipedragger. ????? (Hmmm...or was that your intent? Now you've got me guessing.)
